In 2026 we are adding pigs and bees into the mix at Outlaw Croft.
As with any new venture that involves unfamiliar lifestock and a whole new game of legislated practice: the focus in year 1 will be on developing the skills and experience we need to ensure the animals are well cared for and fit into our model of holistic crofting.
Provided everything goes to plan, we will be able to offer you pork and honey in 2027.
We intend to sell our pork in the same way as our beef: in packages with a set selection of cuts (also known as ‘meat boxes’).
